The PREFERRED Therapy Provider Sales Associate Recruits new members by effectively communicating the value proposition of PTP services and offerings. • Works collaboratively with payer relations and contracting to proactively recruit members based on payer need.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Health Care Industry
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare industry, preferably experience with provider relations, provider recruitment and sales or similar experience
• Self-starter who can manage support personnel and all applicable processes to ensure efficiency and quality of service
• Demonstrable success in provider recruitment or sales

The Senior OC is responsible for new OC training and serving as a resource to their assigned clinics and the respective OCs. The SOC will work collaboratively with the with Director of Field Front Office Operations, to roll out new processes and updates for the OCs in their assigned clinics. The Senior OC is responsible for assisting their assigned clinics in promoting patient access, and maintaining a pleasant and consistent flow in OC daily operations. They will promote excellent customer service, and communication with fellow employees, business offices, and leadership teams. This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.  This position supervises does not have supervisory duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports clinics in the greater Detroit Metro areas as well as Columbus, OH
  • Generates weekly reports and exports to excel spreadsheets.
  • Monitors key performance indicators and communicates weekly to DOFFOO, VPO, RVP/AD, MSD, CD, and OC.
  • Serves as a resource for report metrics and explanation.
  • Synthesizes and distributes information from DOFFOO Team to OC at assigned clinics.
  • Hosts informational and educational conference calls/WebEx with OCs on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible for disseminating any updates, reeducation, or new training to OCs at assigned clinics.
  • Attends weekly DOFFOO meetings, RVP 1x1, and CD meetings.
  • Provides 6 days of training and education for new hire OC.
  • Holds OC informational and education conferences quarterly and yearly.
  • Completes quarterly check-ins to aid as support and facilitate reeducation.
  • Communicates training status, including achievements and challenges to the Clinic Director.
  • Provides additional follow-up training and/or training on changes to procedures as requested.
  • Assists with OC interviews.
  • Serves as a resource, mentor and coach to the OC at assigned clinics.
  • Assists OCs with questions or concerns related to the OC position.
  • Facilitates open and positive communication between the Clinic Director and OC for each clinic assigned.
  • Provides coverage for SOC when another SOC member is out
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
