The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for interpreting, analyzing and providing decision support to senior management in regards to financial performance and quantifying the impact of operational decisions. This position will help drive Upstream’s operational strategies to grow revenue, attract and retain clinical talent, and improve our internal processes. This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Works alongside operational leaders to implement best practices to enhance financial performance; Proactively identify risk and opportunities.
• Assists operational leadership with identifying rate/volume opportunities and problem solve for staffing related challenges.
• Assists with annual planning and translating organizational targets down to regional/clinic level.
• Supports analysis on new clinic opportunities; conduct post-mortem analysis on launched clinics.
• Partner cross functionally to align and monitor operational strategy impact; Perform ROI analysis on investments and key initiatives.
• Prepare packages and support materials for joint venture performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis; experience working in healthcare industry is preferred.

• Experience developing financial reporting.
